Summary

Currently working full time as Director of Community Operations at deviantART.com - some of you may know me there as chix0r. My background is very much routed in community development, with a BA in Community Education. I've got extensive experience in social policy development and research, which ultimately landed me my current role in dA. I also provide freelance consultation for local & national government social policy research and implementation , informal education and community development strategies for non-profit organisations in both offline and online environments.

I'm based in Scotland, and although art has always been a hobby of mine, I've found that over the past couple of years in particular I'm getting more and more requests for commissioned work, which always keeps my bank manager happy, and fuels my ego. Most of my artwork is inspired by music and I love collaborating with musicians as well as other artists.
